Rupert on Rupert – Collingwood

Rupert on Rupert is tucked away in Collingwood’s backstreets and is well worth finding. When you walk in, you’re met with hanging greenery, warm amber lamps and vintage furniture that feels collected rather than matching. Polished concrete floors and copper details give it an industrial edge, while big windows and exposed beams keep it airy and full of light.
You can host up to 80 guests for a sit-down dinner or 200 for a cocktail party in the Main Dining Hall. In winter, the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. To top it off, Rupert’s head chef creates fresh seasonal menus and can cater for all dietary needs. Glasshaus, Richmond

Glasshaus is exactly what it sounds like. Part greenhouse, part botanical wonderland, and easily one of Melbourne’s most unique wedding venues. By day it’s a working nursery filled with wall-to-wall foliage and flowers. By night it transforms into a living backdrop for weddings with plants of all shapes and sizes lining the walls and stacked on shelves.
The space has both indoor and outdoor options, which makes it great for day or evening celebrations. It can hold up to 88 guests for a sit-down dinner or 125 for a cocktail style wedding. There’s no on-site catering which means you can bring in your favourite food trucks or private chef to match your style.
